As a Staff AI Engineer at lumaq.ai, you will serve as a principal technical architect driving the intelligence, orchestration, and execution capabilities of our AI-Native Software Factory. You will build high-precision, multi-agent workflows capable of interpreting complex enterprise requirements, generating clean architecture plans, producing production code, and executing rigorous test suites—all tied back to immutable audit logs and human approval checkpoints.
This individual contributor role demands deep expertise in multi-agent orchestration, LLM context/prompt systems, AST generation, and sandboxed code execution environments.
Multi-Agent Orchestration Architecture: Design state-of-the-art agent communication protocols, planning systems, and execution graph engines that convert specifications into production-grade code bases.
Traceability & Audit Logging: Engineer subsystems that map generated code line-by-line back to source business requirements, creating tamper-proof audit trails for compliance.
Sandboxed Code Execution & Testing: Build secure, isolated execution environments where AI agents execute tests, compile code, and run static/dynamic analysis without risking host infrastructure.
On-Prem & Air-Gapped Optimization: Optimize local model inference, context window utilization, and agent performance to run efficiently within customer-controlled private clouds and air-gapped data centers.
Technical Leadership & R&D: Set coding standards, conduct architectural code reviews, mentor senior engineers, and translate cutting-edge AI research into enterprise-grade features.
